Alexandre Ganev is Owner/Broker of Arizona Real Estate Firm.

He brings over ten years of real estate sales, development, marketing, and investing experience.

Originally from Bulgaria, Alex came to the States in his mid-twenties. His entrepreneur mind quickly started to flourish. Shortly after moving to Arizona in 1994 he opened several different businesses. Along side he started investing in Phoenix Real Estate market which spurred his fascination with the industry. At that point Alex decided to turn real estate into a full time career where he enrolled in Arizona School of Real Estate & Business to become a Realtor.

After a successful real estate career as real estate agent and prior to starting his own company, Alex managed a team of buying and listing agents and made sure that every transaction goes as smooth as possible. His remarkable attention to detail, careful drafting of the contract, and proper documentation were well respected in the real estate community. “My philosophy is simple” he often says “Do your best; Focus on what you’re doing and result will come”.

As active hands-on real estate investor and entrepreneur, Alex has helped dozens of seasoned and novice investors find “the deals” and walk them through every step of the investing process from fix and flips, buy and hold strategy, sweat equity and hard/private money loans, to multifamily portfolios. In the past ten years Alex, personally and through partners, has flipped hundreds of properties. His in dept knowledge and unmatched skills provides Alex the ability to help the investor and give them the edge in investing in the Phoenix real estate market.

Working with buyers and sellers has brought tremendous satisfaction to Alex. His paramount concerns are that his clients’ interests are protected through negotiating the best possible price and marketing the property as if it was his own. It is his proven ability to build timely rapport, confidence, and trust with each and every client that sets Alex apart from the rest.

When not working and away from office, Alex doesn’t sit idle; He enjoys running, swimming, and cycling. During the winter often times he can be found on the ski slopes.
